My Story
I got hurt.
Not because I was pushing too hard or being reckless — but because nobody taught me the right way to move. I was training blind, doing what looked right, and my body paid for it.
That experience changed everything about how I approach fitness. Not just for myself, but for every person I work with.
I became a coach because I wanted to make sure nobody had to learn the hard way the way like I did. Every program I build is intentional. Every exercise has a reason. And every client I work with knows exactly what that reason is — because understanding your body is just as important as training it.
What makes Train with Devin different is I don't just hand you a program and send you on your way. I teach you the why behind every movement, every decision, every rep — so that when you walk away, you don't need a coach. But you'll want one.
And when questions about pain, injury history, or movement come up, physical therapy insight is available to make sure we're always making the right call for your body.

All in-person programs include:

2 or 3 sessions per week

Two in-person sessions per week with the same full remote support — programming, check-ins, monthly consultations, and app tracking. Twice the face time, twice the momentum.
Three in-person sessions per week for clients who are all in. Maximum coaching contact, full remote support, and the fastest path to real results.
One onsite session built around what you need that day — whether you're testing the waters, working through a specific movement, or just want to experience the coaching before committing. No contract, no pressure, just an honest hour of work together.

Before we build anything I need to know how you move and where you are aerobically. Your program is then built entirely around those results — nothing cookie cutter, nothing generic. Every exercise has a reason behind it and you'll know exactly what that reason is.
Weekly Check-Ins & Monthly Consultations

Every week we touch base to track progress, answer questions, and make adjustments as needed. Once a month we zoom out and look at the bigger picture — where you started, where you are, and where we're heading next. You're never left to figure it out alone.
App Based Tracking

Your program, your progress, and your check-ins all live in one place. Accessible from your phone so you always know exactly what you're doing and why — including demo videos for every exercise so there's never any guesswork on form or technique.
